You may be eligible to participate if you are:

• Between the ages of 18 and 40

• Diagnosed with CFS/ME OR healthy with no current illness

• Able to attend 1 appointment at Swinburne University, Hawthorn

• Willing to complete all the tasks involved with the study (see below)

There are additional criteria for participating in this study which we will discuss with you before enrolment.

Participating in this trial will involve 1 onsite appointment at Swinburne University, Hawthorn.

Throughout the study, you will be asked to:

• Complete 4 different questionnaires regarding your energy, diet, mood, and quality of life

• Provide a blood sample for immunological testing

• Complete a 4-day diet diary tracking all food and beverages consumed

• Wear an Actigraph accelerometer for 8 days to track physical activity
